Friendship Time (06820.HK): Friendship Time Technology redeems RMB42 million in perpetual wealth management products issued by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank

Zhitong Finance APP News, FriendTimes (06820.HK) announced that during the period from June 9, 2026 to October 20, 2026 (i.e., the redemption settlement date), FriendTimes Technology (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) redeemed the open-ended wealth management products offered by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, with an aggregate principal amount of approximately RMB 42 million. During the period from June 17, 2026 to October 20, 2026 (i.e., the redemption settlement date), Qinyou Network and FriendTimes Technology (both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company) redeemed the open-ended wealth management products offered by Hengfeng Bank, with an aggregate principal amount of approximately RMB 40 million. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has fully redeemed the open-ended wealth management products subscribed with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Hengfeng Bank.
