Jiangxi Bank (01916.HK): Qian Zheng's qualification as Chief Compliance Officer has been approved.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jiangxi Bank (01916.HK) issued an announcement that the Bank recently received the "Reply of the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the Qualification of Qian Zheng for the Position of Chief Compliance Officer of Jiangxi Bank" (Gan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 180) (the Reply). According to the Reply, the Jiangxi Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved Mr. Qian Zheng's qualification to serve as the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Qian Zheng has served as the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer since October 14, 2026.
