At 14:44 on October 20, the Haikou Meteorological Observatory in Hainan issued an orange rainstorm warning signal: Affected by convective cloud clusters, the rainfall in Yanfeng Town has reached 79.1 mm in the past hour. It is expected that in the next 3 hours, there will still be 10 to 35 mm of precipitation in Haikou urban area, Lingshan Town, Yanfeng Town, Sanjiang Town, Haikou Bay, and Dongzhai Harbor. Relevant units and personnel are advised to take precautionary measures.
