Promoting the intelligent upgrade of traditional terminals, SIPG releases a full-stack solution for automated container transformation.
On October 20, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 North Bund International Shipping Forum, Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. released a full-stack solution and engineering practice for the automated container transformation of traditional breakbulk and general cargo terminals. The solution uses the self-developed NEO-TOS smart operations system as its operational hub to build a new terminal operation paradigm featuring "digital twin full-domain scheduling, L4-level magnetic-nail-free AIV operations, and integrated port-shipping chain collaboration," delivering a smart and green terminal transformation and operation solution that is replicable, implementable, and scalable for promotion.
