South Korean and Indian refiners purchase US crude oil loaded for November shipment.

Traders familiar with the deals said Asian refiners in South Korea and India recently purchased US crude loaded for November shipment. Indian Oil Corp and South Korea's SK Energy each bought US crude carried on an Aframax tanker, with each cargo about 750,000 barrels. Seoul-based GS Caltex purchased crude carried on a Very Large Crude Carrier from Chevron, with a cargo volume of about 2 million barrels.
