Cantor Fitzgerald maintains an "Overweight" rating and a $176 price target on CoreWeave, believing the recent sharp decline in the stock price is an overreaction by the market. AI computing demand remains strong, customers continue to seek computing resources, and market supply remains tight. The firm noted that the economics of CoreWeave's currently signed contracts are significantly better than those from two years ago or even earlier this year, with the capital expenditure payback period nearly halved, which is expected to improve the company's credit profile and financing capacity. Although CoreWeave's stock price has fallen 23.5% over the past week to $61.39, and the yield to maturity on its debt has risen to 15%, raising market concerns about financing costs, Cantor Fitzgerald believes that improved contract profitability will help alleviate related pressures. The company's revenue grew 115% year-over-year over the past 12 months, and it recently announced a partnership with AdaniConneX to plan an additional 240 megawatts of data center capacity in Navi Mumbai, India.
