Zhitong Finance APP news, Xiechuang Data (300857.SZ) issued an announcement. Recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Xiechuang Zhisuan Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("Xiechuang Zhisuan") signed a "Computing Power Cloud Service Agreement" with a client company. The estimated total amount of the agreement is no more than RMB 37.490 billion (calculated based on factors such as the contract service term, quantity of computing power services, and monthly service price, tax inclusive). The order service term is 60 months starting from the day after the order acceptance under the contract is passed and the client company issues an acceptance report.
