On the 18th, the reporter learned from the Yunnan General Station of Exit and Entry Border Inspection that starting from October 18, 2026, highway ports in Yunnan including Hekou, Mohan, Tianbao, and Jinshuihe will officially implement a pilot program for fast customs clearance for border residents of China and neighboring countries.
