DeepX's flagship NPU chip DX-M1 has entered mass production using Samsung's 5nm process. The company is advancing the integration of its own NPU into Intel's OpenVINO ecosystem, with related results expected to land early next year; it is also in talks with AMD on cooperation in the physical AI field. The company plans to complete tape-out of a new chip on Samsung's 2nm process this month, with the first batch of chips expected to be produced in March to April next year. On the market side, from August 2025 to July 2026, DeepX secured 77 orders from more than ten countries, has signed with 27 global semiconductor distributors, and about 300 organizations are evaluating its products. The company plans to set up branches in Japan and Europe, and later this year will launch DX-Newton, robot management software adapted to Nvidia's Isaac robotics platform. DeepX CEO Kim Lok-won said that going public is not the ultimate goal, but he hopes to complete an IPO within the next three years.
