Guangxin Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Guangxin Group, previously received a notice of case filing on April 30, 2026; on October 16, 2026, Guangxin Group received the "Prior Notice of Administrative Penalty" from the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau.
