Yaxiang Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhou Junxue, together with his concerted parties Zhou Junfang and Tang Jiangang, reduced their shareholdings due to their own funding needs. After this equity change, the three collectively hold 45.2029 million shares of the company, accounting for 40.00% of the company's total share capital, down from 41.32% before the change. This equity change will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller. The previously disclosed reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented, with a remaining reduction quota of 1.9052 million shares, accounting for 1.69% of the total share capital, and the reduction period extends until December 29, 2026.
