BofA Securities: Hang Lung Properties (00101.HK) luxury retail weakens; maintain "Buy" rating

Zhito Finance APP has learned that BofA Securities issued a research report stating that it maintains a "Buy" rating on Hang Lung Properties (00101.HK) with a target price of HKD 8.2. The bank noted that Hang Lung Properties' mainland tenant sales in the third quarter of this year increased by 3% year-over-year, lower than the 9% in the second quarter and 24% in the first quarter.
