Sineng Electric and Wuhan Jiangxia District signed an agreement to build a 10GWh sodium-ion battery production line project.

According to Changjiang Daily, on October 14, a signing ceremony was held during the Fourth National Sodium Battery Symposium, where HiNa Battery Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Jiangxia District, Wuhan, to build a 10GWh sodium-ion battery production line project. The first phase is planned to build a 3GWh sodium-ion battery cell production line, which is currently the world's largest sodium-ion cell production line. Li Shujun, general manager of HiNa Battery, introduced that the project is planned to start construction early next year and be put into production within the year.
