Singapore's September non-oil domestic exports surged, driven by non-electronics shipments.
Singapore's September non-oil domestic exports beat expectations, with growth accelerating significantly on the back of non-electronics shipments. According to data from Enterprise Singapore on Friday, non-oil domestic exports rose 68.4% year-on-year in September. This followed a revised 46.1% increase in August. The government agency said: "The growth was driven by non-electronics, mainly due to irregular large exports of structures and parts of ships and boats." In the first nine months of 2026, non-oil domestic exports grew 27.6% year-on-year.
