Large-scale rain and snow will enter their strongest period starting tomorrow, with temperatures in most of northern China expected to hit new lows.
From today to the 19th, cold air will move from west to east, affecting the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and most areas to its north. In many places, including eastern Northwest China, North China, and the Huang-Huai region, the highest temperatures will hit new lows for the second half of this year. Along with the temperature drop, widespread precipitation will also arrive, with unusually strong rainfall for this time of year expected in many parts of the north. Tomorrow will be the strongest period of this round of precipitation, and the area of heavy to torrential rain will expand noticeably.
