Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said he would stop supplying chips to customers if they were developing unsafe AI software, though he believes there is currently no need for such concerns about the technology. Asked in an interview in London whether he would halt supplies to irresponsible developers, Huang said, "It's a hypothetical question, but the answer is yes. But before doing that, you would communicate first. We don't run other people's companies, and there are limits to the judgments we can make about how other companies use our technology. Our technology is general-purpose."
