Black Sesame Technologies: First batch of orders for the Group's AI computing servers signed

On the evening of October 14, Black Sesame Technologies announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Black Sesame Technologies Co., Ltd., recently signed a sales and technology development contract with a company listed on the A-share market. The total amount of the sales contract is approximately RMB 300 million. Of this, within one year from the signing of the contract, procurement of AI computing server complete machine products built around the group's high-performance AI chips is expected to amount to approximately RMB 250 million. The sales contract is the group's first order for AI computing servers.
