Zhitong Finance APP News, Cambridge Technology (06166.HK) announced that on October 12, 2026, the company successfully allotted and issued a total of 18.446 million new H shares at a placing price of HK$105.16 per placing share to no fewer than six placees. All conditions precedent to the subscription under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the issuance of bonds with an aggregate principal amount of RMB 3.96 billion was completed on October 14, 2026. The net proceeds from the placing were approximately HK$1.93 billion, and the net proceeds from the subscription bonds were approximately HK$4.6055 billion.
