Zhito Finance APP News: China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (00386) has announced that Mr. Huang Wensheng has retired from his positions as the Company Secretary of the Company and the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and will continue to serve as Vice President of the Company. Mr. Zhang Zheng has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative. Mr. Zhang Zheng meets the qualifications for serving as a company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. All the above matters shall take effect from October 14, 2026.
