Guangzheng Education (06068.HK): Termination of Share Award Scheme

Zhito Finance APP News: Guangzheng Education (06068.HK) announced that, considering the upcoming expiration of the 10-year term of the share award scheme, and in order to reduce administrative resources, the board of directors has resolved, in accordance with the rules of the scheme, to terminate the scheme with effect from October 14, 2026. All shares held by the trustee in respect of the scheme are existing shares purchased by the trustee on the Stock Exchange. Therefore, the Company has not issued any new shares in respect of any award shares granted under the scheme.
