Sinopec Oilfield Service (01033) Completes Issuance of RMB1 Billion Science and Technology Innovation Corporate Bonds

The issuance size of this tranche of bonds shall not exceed RMB 1 billion (inclusive of RMB 1 billion), and the bonds are three-year fixed-rate bonds. The actual issuance size of this tranche of bonds was RMB 1 billion, with a final coupon rate of 1.51% and a subscription multiple of 4.3 times.
