XJ Electric: Appoints Hu Siquan as General Manager of the Company

Xuji Electric announced that the company's 42nd meeting of the ninth board of directors approved a proposal to appoint Hu Siquan as the company's general manager, with a term coterminous with the ninth board of directors, and chairman Ji Kan will no longer act as general manager. The meeting also approved a plan to adjust the internal organizational structure, adding a Safety and Quality Supervision Department and renaming the Safety Production Department as the Production Department. After the adjustment, the number of departments at the company's headquarters will increase from 12 to 13. It also approved a plan for building a penetrative regulatory system. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hu Siquan did not hold any shares in the company and meets the relevant qualification requirements for the position.
