Zhito Finance APP News, Star Group (01560) announced that on October 13, 2026, the Company received a conversion notice from Mr. Watcharin Kunsuwan (Mr. Kunsuwan) exercising his right to convert convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$45 million into 9 million conversion shares at a conversion price of HK$5.00 per conversion share; and a conversion notice from Mr. Lai Siu Hin (Mr. Lai) exercising his right to convert convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$50 million into 10 million conversion shares at a conversion price of HK$5.00 per conversion share (the Conversions).
