International oil prices were mixed on the 13th.

As of the close that day, the price of light crude oil futures for November delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose 40 cents to settle at $94.14 per barrel, an increase of 0.43%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures for December delivery fell 96 cents to settle at $105.69 per barrel, a decrease of 0.9%.
