("Chengheng Micro"), and to enhance its overall strength, Chengheng Micro has introduced five strategic investors, including Dongrong No. 1 (Zhuhai Hengqin) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), through a capital increase and share expansion, jointly increasing Chengheng Micro's capital in monetary form, with the total capital increase amount not exceeding RMB 170 million. After the completion of this capital increase, Chengheng Micro will remain a controlled enterprise of the company, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will not change.
