Elec-Tech International: Zongde Lighting once again lists assets for sale, with a listing price of 39.7888 million yuan.

Elec-Tech International announced that Zongde Lighting had previously intended to publicly list for sale its construction in progress and land use rights through the Dalian Equity Exchange. As the listing announcement period has expired for one year, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of state-owned enterprise assets, the original project listing has been terminated. As of July 31, 2026, Zongde Lighting had still not solicited any qualified intended transferees. On October 13, 2026, the company's board of directors deliberated and approved the public listing for sale of the assets again, with the initial listing transfer price at RMB 39.7888 million.
