Accenture announces the acquisition of UK-based data and customer insights company Sagacity to enhance Accenture Song's ability to deliver AI-driven customer services in the UK and Ireland. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in London, Sagacity specializes in data analytics and customer insights. The acquisition will add more than 140 professionals to Accenture, strengthening its delivery capabilities across strategy, design, implementation, and operations, and helping clients in industries such as utilities, retail, banking, and telecommunications integrate data, AI, and operational systems to improve customer service, loyalty, and business growth. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
