TotalEnergies: Will pass on the strategic diesel stock release measure to French consumers, with an expected reduction of about 0.10 per liter in diesel prices at gas stations, and a discount of about 0.20 per liter for off-road diesel (agriculture, construction machinery, etc.). The measure will be implemented from November 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027.
