Zhitong Finance APP News, Bonjour Holdings (00653.HK) announced that on October 12, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company entered into subscription agreements with each subscriber, pursuant to which the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the Company has conditionally agreed to issue, a total of 4,716,300 subscription shares in cash at a subscription price of HK$1.434 per subscription share, corresponding to a total subscription consideration of approximately HK$6.76 million, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out therein.
