(600226.SH) announced that, based on the company's strategic planning and operational development needs, the company intends to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hengtong Precision Copper Foil Technology (Deyang) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengtong Copper Foil") by RMB 330 million in cash. After this capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Hengtong Copper Foil will increase from RMB 900 million to RMB 1.23 billion, and Hengtong Copper Foil will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
