The proposed notes (subject to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and directives) will be issued in series on different issue dates and with different terms and may be denominated in any currency. The completion of the proposed notes offering is subject to a number of factors, including but not limited to global market conditions, the Company's corporate needs and investor interest. The proposed notes will not be offered to the public in Hong Kong, the United States or any other jurisdiction, nor will the proposed notes be placed to any connected persons of the Company.
