Guizhou Gas: Guizhou Chanfa's acquisition of 17.3471% equity in Guiyang Gongtou has been completed.

Guizhou Gas announced that the company previously disclosed that Guizhou Chanyu acquired a 17.3471% equity interest in Guiyang Gongtou held by Guiyang Chankong; the industrial and commercial change registration for this matter has now been completed, and Guiyang Gongtou has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Guizhou Chanyu. Guiyang Gongtou holds 18.74% of the shares of Guizhou Gas, and this matter does not involve any change in the number or proportion of its shareholding in Guizhou Gas.
