The target assets to be acquired in this transaction are 100% equity of Henggang Terminal held jointly by the controlling shareholder Beibu Gulf Port Group and Qingang Construction. The main assets of Henggang Terminal are Berths 1-3 in the Dalanping Operation Area of Qinzhou, as well as the related land and sea area assets behind Berths 1-8.
