Zhejiang issues implementation measures for credit evaluation of business entities in the market regulation field.

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued the "Implementation Measures for Credit Evaluation of Business Entities in the Field of Market Regulation," effective from October 30. The Implementation Measures specify that credit evaluation in the field of market regulation shall adopt a "general + specialized" overall framework. On the basis of carrying out general credit evaluation across all types of business entities, and closely aligning with the operational characteristics of different industries and the realities of regulatory work, specialized credit evaluation shall be implemented simultaneously in key areas such as food, special equipment, inspection and testing, and intellectual property, so as to further enhance the scientific rigor and adaptability of credit evaluation and strengthen the comprehensive effectiveness of regulatory services.
