Eli Lilly announces latest data from clinical study of ixekizumab in combination with tirzepatide

On October 10, Eli Lilly and Company announced the latest exploratory data from the TOGETHER-PsO Phase 3b clinical study. The study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab in combination with tirzepatide compared with ixekizumab monotherapy in adult patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and obesity or overweight who have at least one additional weight-related comorbidity. The data showed that compared with ixekizumab alone, treatment with ixekizumab in combination with tirzepatide resulted in changes in more biomarkers related to psoriatic disease and metabolism.
