The Eurasian Economic Union continues to impose anti-dumping duties on oil well pipes originating from China.

On October 9, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2026/520/AD16R2, deciding, pursuant to Commission Decision No. 127 of October 6, 2026, to maintain unchanged the anti-dumping duties established by Commission Decision No. 101 of 2015, and to continue imposing anti-dumping duties of 12.23% to 31.00% on oil well pipes originating in China. At the same time, it decided to remove Hanting Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from the list of price undertaking companies. The measures will take effect 30 days after the publication of the announcement and will remain valid until October 5, 2031.
