Beijing: Actively attract globally renowned commercial and trade enterprises and consumer brand companies to establish headquarters in Beijing.

The Beijing Municipal People's Government has issued the "Plan for Deepening the Development of an International Consumption Center City During Beijing's 15th Five-Year Plan Period." It states that efforts will be made to actively attract globally renowned commercial and trade enterprises and consumer brand companies to establish headquarters in Beijing, and to support manufacturing enterprises in setting up sales centers. Support policies will be innovated in areas such as commercial space utilization, the construction of major consumption facilities, and the hosting of consumption promotion activities, so as to attract and cultivate more emerging consumer enterprises. A number of "small but refined" and "small but beautiful" consumer enterprises will be cultivated. Enterprises will be encouraged to learn from advanced business models and enhance the operational planning capabilities of business entities in culture, commerce, tourism, sports, exhibitions, and other fields.
