During the National Day holiday, Tibet's civil aviation handled 199,000 passenger trips.

According to Xizang Daily, during this year's National Day holiday, civil aviation in Xizang handled 1,666 flight takeoffs and landings, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%; passenger throughput reached 199,000, up 7.4% year on year; and cargo and mail throughput reached 860.6 tons. Among them, Lhasa Gonggar International Airport handled 1,244 flight takeoffs and landings, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%; passenger throughput reached 159,000, up 6.3% year on year; and cargo and mail throughput reached 773.1 tons. On October 7, the region's single-day inbound and outbound passenger volume reached 32,000, setting the highest peak of the holiday.
