On October 9, the Shanghai Culture and Tourism Big Data Innovation Laboratory was unveiled and the "Haina Intelligent Computing" Token platform officially settled in Putuo. Reporters learned from the unveiling ceremony that Putuo District is currently studying a special support policy for digital advertising, and plans to subsidize enterprises' computing power usage, with subsidies for digital advertising enterprises reaching up to 50%.
