Qichacha APP shows that recently, Shenzhen Ruijia Automobile Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial registration changes, with Xiaomi's affiliate Hanxing Venture Capital Co., Ltd. added as a shareholder holding a 30% stake, and registered capital increased to 60 million yuan. At the same time, the company's key personnel also changed. Qichacha shows that the company was established in February 2026, with Sun Qing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: automobile sales; wholesale of auto parts; retail of auto parts; motor vehicle repair and maintenance, etc. It is currently jointly held by Shenzhen Biaote Biaorui Automobile Co., Ltd. and Hanxing Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
