Jiyou Shares completed the transfer of ownership for its 964 million yuan acquisition of a pharmaceutical company; the target holds the registration approval for aprepitant capsules.

On October 9, Jiyou Co., Ltd. announced that the transaction to acquire a 50.76% equity stake in Huiju Pharmaceutical for RMB 964.44 million has completed the transfer of title, making Huiju Pharmaceutical its controlled subsidiary and including it in its consolidated financial statements. The company has paid 80% of the transaction consideration. According to Tianyancha, Jiangsu Huiju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jiangsu Huiju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (joint-stock company). In the company's administrative licensing information, domestic drug registration records are listed for Aprepitant Capsules in two specifications, 80 mg and 125 mg, as well as Pentoxifylline Sustained-release Tablets in the 0.4 g specification. The invention patent applied for by the company, "A Method for Synthesizing a Key Intermediate of Aprepitant," was published in December 2025 and is currently in the substantive examination stage. Its abstract states that the method is used to synthesize a key intermediate of Aprepitant and to control the generation of dimeric impurities in the reaction.
