China Shenhua (01088.HK): Zhuang Yuan appointed as authorized representative

Zhito Finance APP News: China Shenhua (01088.HK) has announced that Mr. Song Jinggang, due to a work transfer, has resigned from his positions as Chief Accountant, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Joint Company Secretary of the Company, and has simultaneously ceased to serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The aforementioned resignation shall take effect from October 9, 2026. After Mr. Song Jinggang's departure, he will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its controlled subsidiaries. Before the Company appoints a new Secretary of the Board of Directors, Mr. Zhang Changyan, an Executive Director and General Manager of the Company, shall temporarily perform the duties of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
