CDB Leasing (01606.HK) enters into finance lease contracts for certain vehicles

Zhito Finance APP News: CDB Financial Leasing (01606.HK) announced that the Company, as lessor, and the lessee Shanghai Mingxing Automobile Service Co., Ltd. entered into this finance lease contract on October 9, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which (i) the lessor agreed to purchase the leased assets from the lessee for a consideration of approximately RMB 183 million, and (ii) the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 12 months (this transaction).
