The Fourth National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Skills Competition is about to be held in Puyang City, Henan Province.

It was learned from a press conference held by the Ministry of Emergency Management that the Fourth National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Skills Competition will be held from October 13 to 16, 2026, in Puyang City, Henan Province. Wang Libing, member of the Party Committee of the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Center and member of the competition organizing committee, introduced that the National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Skills Competition is the highest-level, largest-scale, and most influential event in China's hazardous chemicals emergency rescue field. The first three competitions were held in Ningbo, Zhejiang; Daqing, Heilongjiang; and Ningdong, Ningxia, respectively. This year's competition is co-hosted by the Ministry of Emergency Management, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Communist Youth League Central Committee, and the People's Government of Henan Province, specifically led and organized by the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Center, undertaken by China Petrochemical Corporation, and co-organized by the Department of Emergency Management of Henan Province, the People's Government of Puyang City, and China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd.
