The State Administration of Government Offices' housing provident fund service window has officially been established in Xiong'an.

Today, the housing provident fund service window of the Housing Fund Management Center of Central State Organs was officially established at the Rongdong CCB Branch of the Xiong'an New Area Housing Provident Fund, and is expected to serve more than 5,000 contributing employees of relocated units. As the relocation and construction of Xiong'an New Area continues to advance, numerous centrally administered units stationed in the area, relocated enterprises, and employees have a large demand for state-administered provident fund services. Previously, related business had to be handled at outlets in Beijing, and the cross-city process was cumbersome and costly, bringing considerable inconvenience to enterprises and employees' daily lives. To continuously deepen the Beijing-Xiong'an integration of housing provident funds, effectively facilitate the public and benefit enterprises, and optimize the business environment, the housing provident fund management departments of the two places have deepened government service collaboration and promoted the extension of state-administered housing provident fund service channels to local Xiong'an. After the window is put into use, relocated units and contributing employees in the new area can handle various state-administered housing provident fund services locally at outlets in a one-stop manner, without needing to travel back and forth to Beijing. Through data sharing and business interconnection between the two places, the handling process is effectively streamlined and processing time is shortened, truly achieving "handling nearby and conveniently" and greatly reducing the cost of handling affairs for enterprises and the public, effectively implementing the service concept of "letting data run more and the masses run less." Next, the Xiong'an New Area Housing Management Center will continue to deepen normalized cooperation with the State Organs Center, continuously expand the scope of cross-regional services, optimize service processes, and improve service efficiency, using high-quality and efficient housing provident fund services to support the high-standard and high-quality construction of Xiong'an New Area.
