New stock news | Pinnacle Marine files with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that according to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 8, Pinnacle Marine Holdings Ltd (referred to as: Pinnacle Marine) has submitted an application for listing to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Tongren Financing as its sole sponsor. The prospectus shows that Pinnacle Marine is a maritime service provider headquartered in Singapore. Since commencing business in 2009, the company has established a synergistic operating platform covering (i) aluminum workboat construction, workboat chartering and logistics support; (ii) shipping agency services; and (iii) marine supplies and machinery and spare parts sales. Workboats are mainly port workboats used to support operations within and around port limits. The company's business is centered on vessel activities in the Port of Singapore, driving demand for the company's three interconnected operating service lines.
