Zhitong Finance APP News, Lopal Tech (02465) issued an announcement that the company's second-tier holding subsidiary Nanjing Liyuan Nano Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Liyuan") signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiyao Tongxing"). The Agreement stipulates that, provided that the product settlement price is competitive and the delivery cycle, quality, and technology meet the requirements, Nanjing Liyuan and its affiliated production parties shall sell a total of 378,600 to 567,800 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials to Jiyao Tongxing from 2026 to 2030, with the specific sales volume determined according to orders. The specific unit price is affected by fluctuations in the prices of major raw materials and shall be determined monthly by both parties in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
