SoftBank, Grab, and PETROS sign AI infrastructure framework agreement.

SoftBank Group, Grab Holdings, and Petros have signed a framework agreement aimed at exploring the development of an artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure platform in Sarawak, Malaysia. The three parties will work together to develop a phased roadmap covering AI computing power, robotics technology, and talent development. SoftBank will provide expertise in AI infrastructure and semiconductors; Grab will bring in its digital ecosystem in Southeast Asia. PETROS will leverage Sarawak's energy resources through the Sarawak Gas Roadmap and the Kuching Low-Carbon Hub.
