Youa Co., Ltd. announced that it received a letter from its controlling shareholder, Youa Holding, informing that Youa Holding had pledged an additional 24.5185 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.49% of its holdings and 1.76% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is September 30, 2026, the pledgee is Changsha State-owned Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is loan guarantee.
