Anthropic's valuation targets $2 trillion; analyst pours cold water: this is the "most absurd IPO of 2026"

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that as Anthropic pushes toward a Nasdaq IPO, with its potential market value heading straight for $2 trillion, independent financial research firm New Constructs has given it a valuation of only $150 billion and said Wall Street is about to face "an unprecedented test of investor credulity." In a report released on Tuesday, New Constructs called Anthropic's upcoming IPO "the most absurd IPO of 2026."
